The cost is $4.50 per copy of the magazine, $5.50 per copy for mailing, and a $2 processing fee. You can place your order by completing this form (https://secure.phoenixbrideandgroom.com/) and paying by credit card. Just enter today’s date for the invoice number, enter the cost, and put the issue (e.g. Phoenix Summer/Fall 2012) and number of copies in the memo field. The rest of the fields are self-explanatory.
